A much better performance tonight even if the opposition were poor, hopefully this will boost confidence before some tough games, the defence was solid but we lacked a little width with the formation, notable performances from Tommy and Gilly although everyone played their part, lets hope for a positive result on Saturday now

Biggest win of the season so far, can't complain. :)

Cracking strike from Brunskill for the second goal.

Some great performances out there tonight on a heavy pitch that would tire players quickly.

Keo seems to have found his position in the team, played well and was pleasing to see how disappointed he was when subbed (passion).

3 points and 4 goals, happy John.

One of the players whinging on twitter about the away showers not working and the pitch being like a mud bath! Sounds like sour grapes to me! Good win to hopefully get us back on track with the league and push up the table

Pitch like a mudbath? FFS, it's rained non-stop for days, what more does he expect!!

Anyhow, onto the game, and an excellent all round performace. Get what the OP says about poor opposition but we have played worse teams this season than TN and lost so you've got to beat what's in front of you and we sure did that.

Overall, I thought this was our best performance of the season using a 3-4-1-2 formation with Tidy (great game again, just for you PP), Wheats and Leon at the back, Charlo on the left, Gilly on the right, Yaley and Tom in the centre with Keo playing just behind DO and Bimbo. The first half was actually quite even though Marske played some great football, TN prob had best two chances and Scott made a couple of great saves. We took the lead just before half time when great play on the right from from Yale and McGill played in Marron whose cross was deflected in by Lumsdon. The goal just before half time was just what we needed and the second half performance was one of complete dominance where Ted used his subs superbly and all three (Anth, Bruno and Jordan contributed to the win). As ParsJake says, the second goal was a stunner from 20 yards from Bruno with his RIGHT foot following great play from Charlo and Tom. The third was a pen from Jordan, won himself having been brought down by the keeper and the fourth was an excellent side foot finish from Leon from a corner past the gob-sh*te number 2 on the line who had done nothing but whinge all game.

Match sponsor was Stewart Pippen who narrowed the MOM between DO and Tom and chose Tom which was an excellent choice. For me, every single player contributed to the win from Scott's two great saves in the first half to all three centre backs who were all excellent (Wheats made a magnificent block with the score at 1-0). Charlo had his best game of the season and Gilly excelled, yet again. In centre midfield, Keo, Yales and Tom were all excellent and DO never stopped running all night. Also, all 3 subs contributed - as well as the goals from Bruno and Jordan, Anth picked up so many second balls in midfield.

All in all, an excellent performance - well done to Ted, Bos and the boys and roll on Saturday.

Not a lot I can add to that NGTW except that I would have found it difficult again to pick a m.o.m. after such a display although this time it was because there were so many great performances throughout the team (remember I sponsored the Synners game and couldn't pick one as we were poor all over the pitch). As you have already said, every one of the fourteen played their part in this victory and the new formation definitely worked well even with Gilly and Charlo asked to play slightly different roles to what they are used to. Also credit must go to 'DO' who worked his balls off yet again up front and would have loved to have got on the scoresheet from that penalty but graciously allowed Jordan to take it for what is probably his first goal in almost twelve months. That's what you call team spirit and all the lads showed it throughout the game. Some more of the same would be nice on saturday.

best team performance of the season last night every one worked there socks off i think the timing of Teds subs was spot on just hope we can put the same effort in on sat against Bishop Auckland and get something from the game. My MOM award would of went to Lewis Tidy what a great signing he is looking wins the ball, very composed on the ball and passes it out from the back looks like he can adapt into a few different positions as well
