A winger or two would be useful, having lost Porritt and Lambert.

'Bimbo' has regularly scored goals at all his clubs and has always caused us problems but unless we create chances for our strikers (whichever of the FIVE, we now have, is selected) then we won't win matches. In my opinion it's the middle of the park which needs looking at as we don't seem to have a ball winner in there at the moment which means that the back four is continually under pressure and, because we haven't got the ball, the forwards are not getting the required service. I would prefer to see Tommy back in there to give us some bite with Wheats alongside Leon at the back but, as I always say on here, it is only my opinion.
Whatever the line-up is tonight, let's get behind the team and hopefully we can come away with all three points and restore some confidence as it's eight games without a win at the moment.

Come On Marske

Ball winner = Josh Myers
(IMO)

Bimbo is a very good signing. After all, Dunston signed him to strengthen their squad after winning the FA Vase.
Hopefully as everyone quite rightly says, we can create opportunities for him so that he can try and continue his average of just under 16 division one league goals per season over the last six years.

Prefer to see Marron and Ormerod in middle winning balls but can still see the need for wide men (wingers) to get behind defence and provide some service for strikers.

I agree Moss that Josh could do that job as he's proved in the past but no matter what you and I and others think it's Gibbo who picks the team and yes Bimbo will score goals if he gets the service but so will all the other strikers.

I'm off to bed now mate as I'm not very well at the moment so won't be there tonight but I'm hoping for that win no matter how we get it.

I'm also hoping to be better by saturday for the game and the dinner.
