Not the most memorable of games and a draw was about fair with Steven Aiston scoring for us after chasing a lost cause to lob their keeper, they equalised just after half time with an OG.

Unfortunately Scotty Cresswell got kicked in the face just before half time, after bravely saving at their centre forwards feet, and it appears he has several suspected fractures in his face, everyone at the club is gutted for scotty because he's not just a great kid but he's been outstanding for us throughout a tough season for us.

Get well soon mate.

Hope that the injury to your goalkeeper isn't too serious.

Wasn't able to get to the game yesterday but I'd have taken a point before the game.

You saved yourself a bit of a pointless trip down the A1 as it was a bit of a non- event and a draw was about fair.

Scotty is struggling a bit with several suspected fractures, so hopefully it won't be as bad when he goes back to the hospital.

Huge shame for a great kid.

I'm guessing that it was an accidental collision and nothing malicious judging by your comments. The last thing I would want to hear was that it was a deliberate challenge.

End of season games with nothing to play for now really. Would be nice to hit the 50 point barrier though.

No to be fair the centre forward has put his foot in and scottys been honest and brave going down at his feet and copped it full in the face, nobody felt it was intentional and the lad apologised and unfortunately as so often happens, the keeper gets hurt.
