Difficult game for Whickham - played some nice football at times, Jordan Larty looking sharp on the right and Peasy/Cav trying to pass it in the middle, but ultimately the Esh keeper didn't have too much to do.

Nice to see some football on a Thursday night. Judging by a decent-sized crowd and the number of Northern League managers and officials there, they appreciated it too.

Pleased there was a decent crowd after Whickham were kind enough to switch due to Esh's sportsmans dinner, tonight at the Ramsides with Barry Fry.

Was a decent game on a soft pitch and some great goals. 1st half I though we, Esh, shaded it and could have been a couple up but second half was a much more even affair without either keeper really stretched.

Agree with the lad Larty having a good game - looks a talent.

Best of luck for the rest of the season!

And again thanks.

We did lack a bit composure in the last 3rd but like a lot of our games this season thought it could of went either way to be fair.

Thought Esh looked composed on the ball but we played some decent stuff aswell!
