THIS SATURDAY We have Kieran Featherstone and Dean Martin injured, and Stevie Graham is unavailable. Aaron Kah is available after a long injury lay off. We have been without a game for two weeks our last game being a 1-1 draw with Ryton. Although we have not bean beaten in our last two league games they have both resulted in draws. Our 3 league games before that were defeats so overall our points return in the last 5 games is not at the level we expect and need. It is now our collective challenge as players, managers and coaches to get ourselves back to winning ways. We know what to expect now from teams in this league and we know we have to be on top of our game consistently, something we have not been able to achieve throughout our last 5 games. But we know the challenge and look forward to it and we knew coming in to this league we would have good and not so good spells. We have a real good team spirit at Jarrow and we are really looking forward to Saturdays game. Bedlington, as with all teams in this league, is a really tough game for us and to add a little bit more interest they have a couple of ex-Jarrow players in their squad and we have ex-Bedlington players now with us. We are hoping this mini break acts as a springboard to getting back to winning ways. We know what we need to do to achieve this, and it is down to us all on Saturday to get us back on track.DAVE BELL JOINT MANAGER JFC

Jarrow returned to league action at Bedlington Terriers after an weeks break
After only one minute Liam Clark forced the ball home past Jak Wells in the home goal to make it 1-0 , but in the next minute Jack Foale scored despite the assistant referee signaling for an hand ball in the build up . HT 1-1
Then defender Dave Smith hit an screamer from 35 yds past Wells only for Jack Foale to reply 2-2 . With 8 minutes injury time played the referee gave an penalty to Bedlington which Foale dispatched past Mark English to make it 3-2 and give him his hat trick and the home side all three points
