A creditable away draw, and replay on Tuesday

I followed this on the Dabbers Twitter - I couldn't get the live broadcast to work - and was surprised at how even handed it was praise ( for both sides ) when due, criticism also when due. It made a change from some of the one-sided Twitter trip we see usually

Anyway, a replay should give us a chance to get to the next QR

Although we made hard work of that, the win gives us a tie at Gainsborough in the next round.

I have to say I like the Gainsborough ground, and there’s a pub in the town that I like ( can’t for the life of me remember the name ) but the bar at the ground was intimidating.

York City in the next round!

I was brought up a York fan until I moved to Blyth in the 1980s and still have some affection for them.

But ...... HOWAY BLYTH !!
