With all Step 3 leagues increasing to 24 teams for 2013-14, each league will relegate only 2 instead of 4 at Step 3 - full details here.

Is this a good move, or are your club against it? Is it just adding to too many games or is it fairer with four relegation places?

Seems daft to me, hard enough fitting all the games in, could've had an extra regional division.
