Spain really stepped it up like i thought they would...apart from that the Euro's were s**te in my opinion. Just teamed up for a beer with a few of the lads who came back Tuesday..Some classic tails to tell.

Especially the five grand fine that was imposed on the England team, which i hear involved RIP Rory Dove (Frickley fan) who now and then posts on here when his mum let's him. He also was seen at the Noel Gallagher concert over there and was crowd surfing, but they dropped him on his head.
He was that worried of the locals that he was also seen wearing a Ukraine shirt around town.....What a wimp(man up)

England team to step out in first world cup game in 2014? gerrard, cole, etc still in and around the frame but how about...

Hart in goal, walker (spurs) and gibbs (arsenal) at full back

Centre halves of Phil Jones (man U) and Cahill (Chelsea)

Midfield; Oxlaide-Chamberlain, Wilshere (Arsenal), Rodwell (everton), Cleverly (man U) and Rooney

Up front; Sturridge or Wellbeck

Close but no coconut - adam johnson (city, if he gets his head on), smalling (man U), kelly, henderson, Shelvey, (liverpool), bartley, ramsey (arsenal), butland (bristol c)

On a beach somewhere - milner, barry, terry, johnson, walcott, etc

my bad... arsenal seem to have quite a few good english youngsters I just got a bit carried away with ramsey, anyhow as long as gomez, boateng and khederia are 'german' surely we can have the odd welshman in there?

bartley will develop under wenger, still in transition phase of his career; boy to man. might still be nowhere near come 2014

anyhow sod all this international mullarky, lets have some serious non-league stuff out on the pitch - nearly time for the friendlies! the only terry I'm really concerned about is our keeper, the only johnson that bothers me is our manager and the only carroll that is of any intetest to me is the one that works behind the tea bar. Gerrard v Pirlo or Atherton Colls away - NO CONTEST.
