Not sure I agree, who cares how we play as long as we win?

''The British Game''... or possible international success.

To be honest, I think I'd go with the first option. Because it's certainly not going to both.

Could you honestly watch the upper tiers of our leagues turning into something like Serie A? Because I'd rather tear my own eyes out.

I know it's impossible now but do you think that £757 million they chucked at the new Wembley would enable the FA to do as the ECB do and take an England squad on contract so they can nip them out of club matches when they like?

How ace would that be? Sorry Fergie, Rooney can't play at the Etihad, we've got a friendly in Turkmenistan to prepare for.

Wembley needed sorting though. Perhaps not to the extent of £575 million, but I'm sure the FA could have done both.

Hang on people, the discussion following our deserved exit was we can't pass to each other. That is the first thing any player should be taught. Not rocket science is it?

Le Tiss??

Not sure about Hargreaves either.

I really hate to type it, but the name that comes to mind as being world class in his position is Ashley Cole. :?

I quite enjoyed the competition, it did'nt go quite as planned for many, Germany proclaiming the God given right to be in the final and finishing champions.... is just sweet justice that Spain lifted the cup

:P

Holland win the prize for biggest failure.

England to the quarters seems about right.

Spain really stepped it up like i thought they would...apart from that the Euro's were s**te in my opinion. Just teamed up for a beer with a few of the lads who came back Tuesday..Some classic tails to tell.

Especially the five grand fine that was imposed on the England team, which i hear involved RIP Rory Dove (Frickley fan) who now and then posts on here when his mum let's him. He also was seen at the Noel Gallagher concert over there and was crowd surfing, but they dropped him on his head.
He was that worried of the locals that he was also seen wearing a Ukraine shirt around town.....What a wimp(man up)
