I went to Taybarns in Wigan for lunch Today. £5.99 all you can eat before 6pm, everything from Curries, Pizza, Pasta, Steaks and wait for it... Carvery. Yes that's right, all you can eat Carvery if you want. I'd recommend it if you're in the area. Just don't go to Wigan Town centre, I did, Never again!

Been to Taybarns a couple of times. Best to grab a little of everything rather than stuff your face. I believe the Fish and Chips are nice there (I don't do fish)

Same, heard Taybarns is a student hotspot for obvious reasons. Will make a point of visiting sometime.

Taybarns... Oh my. Don't get me started on that place! Possibly the only good thing to come out of one of my previous relationships is that she introduced me to it! The one in Newcastle-Under-Lyme is extremely different, not food wise, but just general vibe. It pains me to say it, but they're a lot nicer and friendlier than those at Wigan. Still, definitely worth a trip, I may even go soon!

Pork chops, chips, mushrooms, onion rings, tomato and peas tonight.

I cooked the mushrooms in a pan with butter, Philidelphia cheese and black pepper. Try it sometime, the mushrooms were gorgeous. :D

Sounds good to me, which is not something I would usually cook, as I dont like Philidelphia, but I quite like the sound of it for a packed lunch were I would substitute the phili for low fat cheese, add extra lean bacon instead of pork, pasta instead of chips and no onion rings, with a large helping of Bistro salad and Cherry Toms. Cheers Chelsea!

Nothing major to report, however I had "fries" and gravy at AFC Blackpool. They was to my liking, the gravy was nice and runny for those kind of chips. Demolished the lot! :D
