Craig Elliott leaves the ducks; what's your view on this hungry horse? And any whispers on who the runners and riders are?

Next time I see him I'll make sure I ask him Dingbat.

Its a strange one for me.....

Given SLAs success it was probably inevitable that a bigger club would be interested in Mr Elliott.
Obviously Boston have a bigger fan base than SLA (pauses for sarcy comments) but in terms of league standing it might be a case of the teams swapping leagues next season, all being well in SLASs case.

It will be interesting to see who SLA get in.
Whether they appoint from withing the club or get a fresh face in.

It will be a bit of a nervous time to see if any SLA players go with Mr Elliott.

How about you, Dingbat, what's your take.

100 serious Boston are a big club at non league level so I can understand Elliott taking it, plus what's he got to lose in reality? ?

As for SL it's a difficult one does woody give Neil Austin a go?? Does he go for another local manager? Rumours ive heard so far are Grant Black (ossett town) and Spencer Fearn (Frickley) but also heard woody wants a big name

We will see

Shaw lane v Grantham postponed (you guessed it due to a waterlogged pitch) problem seems to have followed them from the rugby round, but the 5 Norwegian groundhoppers tweet the club saying they have travelled over for the game and can the club open the shop if they arrive in 10 mins, only to basically be told to F off by the club!!! You couldn't make it up and they claim not to be the most hated side in Yorkshire non league football :D

I'm far from a Twitter user so I've not seen the twitter from the 5 Norweigan groundhoppers but I have seen the reply from Shaw Lane.

Lets just say Dingbat I don't quite interpret SL's response as you do and I suppose we probably won't see eye to eye on all things SL.
