So 3 players have made the step up to the higher leagues now

From Hednesford to Arsenal FC - Cohen Bramall
From Rushall Olympic to Fleetwood Town - Alex Reid

And now From Stourbridge FC to Birmingham City - Dan Scarr

Marc Roberts now in his 2nd season at Barnsley via Worksop, then mainly at loan at Buxton then Halifax .

Scott Hogan from Stockbridge to Ashton United to Hyde United (then a Conference Club) to Rochdale. Now at Brentford and one of the hottest properties in the Championship. Is it me or does it seem that there is a sea change in League clubs who are now exploring non league and finding the nuggets that, we all know, have been there for years.

We have had 4 players over the last couple of years move up into the football league.

Che Adams - Sheffield utd ( now at Birmingham )
Ash hunter - fleetwood
Rai Simons - chesterfield
Dan udoh - Crewe

Another player from the NPL is set to sign for a higher league club - Josh Gordon from Stafford Rangers is off to Leicester City on Monday

Ex Buxton F.C Marc Roberts scoops local award , well done Robbo , knew you make it , and his 1st club Pennistone F.C have beaten Emley AFC old club from the old NPL Play Grimsby Borough in NCEL div 1 play off final .

There is little doubt that FL Clubs are actively scouting in the lower leagues for talented players following the Vardy factor .There are some very good players in NPL who may have been released from academies for whatever reason who are worth another chance.
It may be a cheaper option than recruiting unknown talent from abroad ,there are plenty of players of limited ability who fit this scenario.
