Stokesley SC 0-7 Ryhope CW. Scorers: John Butler 4 (inc 1 penalty), Chris Winn 2, Nathan Johnson. (Apologies to those of my Twitter followers who noticed a couple of aberrations in my tweets! )
A comfortable win against poor opposition, to be honest, and the goals margin could quite easily have been greater. I think it is fair to say that RCW could play better in games to come but I worry for Stokesley. I can't remember Chris Rookes, in the CW goal, being put under much pressure, apart from one save low down to his right from a very good header in the second half.
In other news, I won the half-time raffle!
