All the abuse we’ve had off Chester fans over the years on how to run a football club and now this. No sympathy what so ever

Just read the article players being on lucrative deals at conference level clubs is a recipe for disaster. Have the club not learned after the first time they went under.

You're crazy if you think we'd sooner go back to your model of total dependency on one man's money. Tick tock.

One thing that is totally clear with our model is that eventhough you may have fans on the board with the best intentions, it doesn't necessarily mean that their judgement will lead them to act in the best interests of the club. At least with Fylde's unsustainable rich man's play thing model you have a proper businessman running the club.

The way they've handled the McCarthy situation was an insult and don't get me started on the finances. Three board members have stood down over the weekend, hopefully to be followed by the rest.

It's a farce and flies in the face of what the club was supposed to be about.

35k raised in total so far with plenty of initiatives to come. Sarcevic has donated his 2013 Conf North winners medal to raise funds for the cause.

We had a crowd of over 1000 for tonight's youth game against Gateshead, its all making a big difference.

Feels like a community club again.

Takes us to just shy of 100k raised. Kingsley James has also been offloaded on loan to Barrow.
