Our new manager (announced today or tomorrow) will be in the dug out for Maidenhead. It'd be interesting to see what they've made of our last few results.

Big week for us.

Agree mate. Nobody should be expecting miracles overnight. A lot of damage has been allowed and it can't be undone easily. That said, I'm desperate for a home win.

Shaymen still in contention beat Bromley with 10 men and definitely look like contenders on play today.

Chester get a win under their new Manager Bignot.
Tranmere early season clear favourites in freefall, Mellon must be doomed.

Two horse race in the North with Salford and Harrogate in the driving seat.

Very impressive at the weekend. It really could have been 5 or 6. Maidenhead didn't look like a side who would be challenging for a play off place and I dare say the travelling fans would have been a bit surprised that we're in the bottom four.

The attacking intent we showed was so encouraging and it seemed to bring out the best in several players. Of course, it's only one game but I feel as though there's a bit of hope now. I didn't a few weeks ago.
