One of the worst 90 minutes of officiating cost us at Solihull last season. It's a shame we're not at home but I fancy us to get a result this weekend.

Tough to answer mate. I'm confident that the squad is better now than it was in April. However, I still have grave reservations about the manager and if we get off to a poor start the mood around the place could quickly turn sour.

That said, if my reservations prove unfounded then we may well be able to maintain a solid mid-table position.

It seemed like you got a good start last season then you were in free fall. Good luck though. Enjoyed my 2 trips to Chester

Cheers mate, it was a pretty spectacular collapse after Christmas and depressingly enough it's 3rd or 4th time we've done it over the last 12 years!

Whats the expectation in Darlington?

My hope is that we build the seats that are required.

On the field I think playoffs. So top 7. If Mark Beck gets injured for any chunk of the season we would struggle a lot more.

Outthought and fought second half once the Shots went one up. Their late second was never a penalty but we deserved nothing. Aldershot were more experienced and knew how to see out the game. The ref was hopelessly wrong for both teams most of the match.

That Sutton pitch was awful.
Orient and Pools fans now have had their reality check for this league.

A historical victory for Spennymoor yesterday with a 1-0 win against ex Football League side, Stockport County. Great goal by David Foley in his competitive debut to seal our first 3 points on the first day. Brilliant.

What was the crowd, can't seem to find it anywhere?

Stockport must have brought a few hundred, must have been well over 1,000+?

Huge crowd at York, what kind of season do you expect them to have in the North?
