Chester gaffer Neil Young is in talks with the club to go full time on an 18 month basis. Youngie wont leave his position with MerseyRail but will be on a long term sabbatical.
Not sure what he'll do all day with his part time squad but i gather he'll have a lot to do helping develop our academy.
This all seems to be part of our wider efforts to go pro within the next few years.
