Well biggest game of the season and we could only muster 10 men due to injuries, players missing and other reasons. Had to pull Taz out of retirement to play centre half and he put a good shift in to be fair! Only manager and his bro on the bench so never had any options to change the game and it petered out! Had enough chances to win even tho we didn't deserve too, also had a stone wall pen turned down which was so bad it was almost funny!

Need to step our game up next week to try to finish 5th and not let a few more sloppy performances drop us to 7th or 8th. To make matters worse RA now go above us and Morpeth lost as well!

As an ra player today I agree it was a pen but cant agree with the enough chances to win comment. The fact u only had 12 today did giv us a lift during out warm up but u got the perfect start and your striker missed a glorious chance to make it 2-2 straight after we scored.

Overall tho I feel ra did deserve the win, bad crack from your supporter who abused the linesman for a good 10 mins after the penalty incident, he was a disgrace to your club absolute joke, ok it wasn't given but the abuse he gave the linesman was horrendous.

All the beat for next year both our clubs hav had good seasons whatever happens

We did have enough chances to win the game. Lad hit the post when clean thru after 10 mins, I cut in from the right towards end of 1st half and put a shot a few inches over from the edge of the box! The chance straight after u scored ur 2nd was a great one and we should have had a pen! However don't confuse that with me thinking we deserved to win, coz we didn't, and I no u missed chances too! Good luck for the rest of the season and next! It's good to see smaller clubs like RA and Birtley who have not to long come out of the wearside league mixing with the teams at the top who pay silly money!

So are you saying the top 4 have huge money??

As I think others in the division may have bigger budgets at their disposal and don't always believe what is bandied about by others

I'm saying most of the teams at the top have good money, but also some of the teams lower down seem to chuck decent money around too! Hebburn clearly have a boat load of money as do gilford. No idea about morpeth, they must have some money to get players like Lunn but would be surprised if there budget was big. Team North is a different kettle of fish and there are a few others with big wages such as North Shields. So yes I guess I am saying most of the teams at the top have good money! But I don't know why people seem to be so defensive about it! It's a sign the club is well ran! I'd much rather be given £40 a week instead of nothing!

I am not, nor ever have been worth £40 a week. But there will be plenty of players in this league on £30-40 a week who are, numpty!
