Well it seems to be the topic of concern over on 'the other forum'. So here's my bit.

As always there are two sides to every argument as to why the manager went. At the moment we only have one side and past evidence regarding no comment does the club no favours does it?

The youth team manager left 'by mutual consent' a while ago as well. Certain posters over there (who reply to themselves) purport to know stuff but the truth is they are ill informed. It would seem that it is all about power and/or control, as it always was and always will be.

The club have no money but don't give off a friendly air to others. If you want people to come to the party make it a friendly place. It's probably not advisable for me to be posting here after a bottle and a half of red but what the hell.

In all honesty, communications could be better.

However, we will be judged by what happens on the pitch, so let's give it two or three more games before being to critical of the club.

After seeing Saturday's game, I seriously believe we have a chance of getting something at Skem. Let's hope we can.

Now please don't get me wrong, for a change I am not being tongue-in-cheek.
NM have a committee. Can someone tell me how many people run our club, who are they, what do they do at the club and in life and how do they get on board?
I shouldn't have to ask but I cannot find the info anywhere.
Is it a secret? Are we not to know?

Attend the AGM on Thursday evening. It is an open forum a public meeting with the election of all officers of the Club.

Ask as many questions as you like and gain enlightenment.

I am not a committee groupie just a nobody who loves the Millers. It is not compulsary to like all the personnel involved but the committee give their time (lots of it), their money and their very best efforts to run our Club. Sure we have differences of opinion with them but talk of cliques and faceless individuals is wide of the mark.

Put names to faces come and watch the games this team is well worth watching. If all the web site critics were to turnout on match days our crowd issues would be solved at a stroke.

There is undoubtedly a clique at New Mills. I know several people that don't go anymore for that reason.
