Loking forward to friendly against Prestatyn Town. I know 1 of players there Ian Griffiths,he was a very good striker. When living in Prestatyn used to watch them play astheir ground was just behind my house. They have done well recently and play a good standard of football.

Steve, can you get the date of the Prestatyn game as soon as poss'. I expect one or two of us might like to make that trip.

Cheers, Ste.

If possible could you get us a bit more info on the pre-season friendlies, particularly the home ones, who you're playing when, etc. Would like to get down to a couple.

Steve will confirm, but my understanding is that the only pre-season game we'll play at home is the FCUM game. We are very protective of the pitch and as you know it stood us in good stead throughout the season. I suspect we had the least postponements of anyone in the league.

This may be all talk, late night beer and no substance, but a friendly at Prestatyn may be a good chance to have a little pre-season get-together. If Steve gives us a date, then maybe we can talk about a pre-match get together. Anyone who needs transport, I'm sure we'll sort. Sod's law says it'll clash with some other commitment, but let's see if there is just a chance of that happening.
