Correct tape for socks!!!

Obviously no ones like this new rule, including the match officials but its now out there annoying the hell out of everyone.
I've found this tape on a website that I use for first aid stuff, its clear tape so it can be use on WHATEVER COLOUR SOCKS YOU'RE WEARING......... HALALUJAH :lol:

haha no that would be too obvious!! its the same strength as your normal electricial tape.
I have not used it personally but I've have ordered some for our team, I'll let you know if its fertilizer :shock:

I've played in (about) 16 games so far this season and not once yet have I or my team been asked to take off/change tape on socks..... I think common sense has prevailed. However, I know some teams have had the rule enforced.

Every northern league, fa cup/vase game ive played the ref has insisted on same colour tape, shocking rule but refs are marked down if they dont enforce it

I've been to at least one F.A. Cup game and one Wearside League game where the new ruling wasn't enforced. Some refs seem to be strict with it and others are turning a blind eye.

I've seen it enforced at Fa cup/northern league games this season, but surely on a Sunday its fine to continue as we always have?

From the few games we have had on a Sunday up to now this season the only refs to enforce this have been ones I know also ref on a saturday. The sunday league only refs dont seem bothered

I spoke to refs in the last few weeks that said its up to each ref to enforce it, but the ones who dont will be marked down.
So those wanting to progress will enforce it
