Bobby Moore 3-0. 60mins. Reading tweets and Facebook from people who are there and they're unanimous in classifying Canada as utter garbage.

Congratulations to hetton fantastic result. Canada were very very poor and they didnt actually look like footballers. I was sat in front of jay ainsley, titch and a few others and we were all in agreement at how poor the opposition were and as a spectacle how poor a game it was.
That been said hetton done the job without getting out of 2nd gear. Mom probs bobby or pricey in my opinion, congrats again to all at hetton.

Canada were terrible. They would not look out of place in the DDSL Div 3 or 4.
What was worse was the fact they were rolling around injured everytime a Hetton player went near them.
Good crowd also would guess it as about 1500-2000

1st of all congrats to hetton on winning it for a 4th time. As it's been said before they were a very poor outfit with only maybe the num 9 any good but sayin that any team could have been made to look that bad playin hetton on a pitch that size. Best player's for me was sparky and hunter.

I did say it would be 5-1 or 6-1!!
who was MOM by the way??

Over the moon for Hetton and also for Busted who has been with them for years and missed out on previous Sunday Cup finals due to injury but got his deserved moment today. Thought Bobby & Hunter were immense at the back, and even Ji-Dong Won scored according to the scoreboard

Not sure of the nicknames etc but I thought that the number 7 Graydon was absolute quality. Never put a foot wrong all game, always looking for the ball and really made the opposition midfielders look average. I agree with other posters who said Canada were poor, probably a bit harsh to suggest they are DDSL 3rd/4th standard, I think they probably just didn't turn up on the day but also the quality of Hetton made them look poor. It was visible to anyone watching that some Canada players were very nervous. Also must say that apart from Hettons number 9 who didn't have much of an impact, all their players had good games. Two centre halves were brilliant.

Fantastic achievement yesterday me personally thought the lads where excellent, I know people are saying canada were very poor, but I think that's giving our boys a little bit injustice, I personally think we made them look as poor as they were, u can only beat what's in front of you and we duly obliged on that front, at the end of the day canada haven't got to the final through default or anything they were there on merit, credit where credits due hetton lyons where excellent yesterday, RASHER for me was the best player on the pitch him and pricey dictated the pace of the game, and if u gonna give rasher time and space on the ball he's gonna destroy you! Well done again boys! Hope the hangovers arnt. As bad as mine!!

Is Rasher the nickname of Graydon? For me that lad was a class apart.

Also agree with Finchy that Hetton should take credit for making Canada look poor. Some of the football played by Hetton was a joy to watch. I actually only paid a quid to get in as I jokingly told the bloke on the turnstile that I was 15, but i'd have been content with spending a fiver to watch what was an entertaining game in the end, after a very slow start.
