Thornaby Manager Paul Burton Comments after the Match

"I thought it was a well deserved 3 points against one of the top teams in the League. First half we started well and should really have been in front before Heaton Stannington went in front.

Second half we were outstanding and applied a lot of pressure which resulted in our equaliser with around 10 minutes left, to be honest i was thinking a point wouldn't be a bad result and we then go get a winner with a penalty from Gaz Mitchell.

Overall i think we more than deserved the three points with the team showing some real character these past two games to get 4 points from difficult away games against Durham & Heaton Stannington"

Man of the Match: Liam Gibbs
