is a couple of wins to give our season a boost!

Not sure the game at Prescot will happen but looking forward to seeing the team in action in New Years Day.

A lot's been happening of late not to mention the controversial move on the other message board which became a slaughter house for what you can only class as 'so called' supporters of the club, really can't believe it's been relaunched K&W by the way???

I'm not a regular fan, just go to watch a game when work allows, think I've seen us play at home about 6 times this season and a couple of times away but some 'new fans' have to get real when it comes to expectations for the club. What's been achieved by everyone at the club in the last 2 years has been a fantastic achievement and without the commitment of Fuller the support of the chairman mr davis and president mr haythornthwaite the club wouldn't be where it is today. A lot of the players who got us here have moved on or were obviously not up to it and it's been a difficult one for the manager to handle by the looks of it - of the new boys Kilbane looks to be a good acquisition as is the return of Wane and also like the lad Mahoney too. It's a young team too that can only get better if he can keep them together.

As I said higher up I'm more of a casual follower, watch Blackpool most of the time but enjoy coming to kellamergh park along with a few others in the same boat when Pool are away. It's always a friendly place to visit, the staff/people there are spot on and the pitch is looking top notch this season compared to last. A good finish to the season and winning the league cup of whatever it is would be another good season.

Anway not posted on here for a while, i'll be there on New Years Day thats for sure, Merry xmas to everyone!

I'll definately make the trip to Prescot if the announcement of the game is made in plenty of time for me as it will be a long trip. I go to the games regularly home and away and I have noticed there are some consistencies this season in our performances. One game we play really, really well and the next we play very poor. My expectations before the season started was mid table and it is still a realistic target. Everyone at the club are doing a fantastic job on and off the pitch.

I disagreed with the slaughtering in that message board but at the same time I feel the fans should have a message board and although hammerhawski closed it he totally agrees. Unlike before, grounds have been set for it and as expected it hasn't been as lively as it was which goes to show that certain people only had the intentions of whining. Since I reopened it there's not been a single problem with it. It is there to express your opinion fairly and discuss the football club and as the likes of Mick Fuller and Dave Haythornthwaite visit it I feel it is a great way for supporters to constructively express their concern and to show support to the guys at the club. Every other club has a message board, why can't we? It just needs to be moderated properly.

Merry Christmas anyway.

C'mon guys - when you refer to slaughter on the fans forum it was only aimed at DH - and not that of the management or the players!!!

And some of the posts didnt come from so called new fans with high expectations but from fans who had been around long before the bandwagon kicked in on the road to wembley .....of which many new fans then came onboard..

many of the fans who post (so called negative comments) have been around long before the new regime came along - some just ar'nt happy with his constant interfering -
