well we finally got a nickname but i think the cowboys would have been better lol :lol:

Didn't know that you were an American soul group, the nick name would be better if you were actually a seaside club.

Each to their own,i was there at Fylde on Saturday with Garforth when they made the announced the nickname,which was voted for by the fans i believe,i was quite impressed with the set up,plenty of enthusium about,decent crowd (not swolen by our numbers of 11 or 12 ),good side,somewhere to get a pint,nice pie and peas,

I'm really pleased you've chosen the nickname 'The Coasters' as it was me who originally suggested it months ago. I'd forgotten all about it until I saw the news on the Unibond sight this morning. Hope your season goes well.

No,should have been the cowboys,the Fylde coast is a big dairy producing area,and the cowboys name would have reflected this. plus what outfit will the mascot wear if we are called the coasters?
