Great to see Greg scoring for Hartlepool on Saturday at Portsmouth, came on as a subsitute in the 90th minute so not much to score his first senior goal and just turned 18 years old, and from Whitley Bay. Greg was with Horden CW last season, loaned to us on works experience from Hartlepool and we all knew he would make the grade - well done Greg - just wonder if his parents were at the game, they watched him play every game for Horden CW

good to see players from the northern league go on into the professional game and making a name for them self brilliant
