From the sidelines it's clear confidence is lacking, the positives come from in every game during the poor run we have had spells of play were we have played the opposition off the park. We've passed through teams, created good goalscoring opportunites and dominated the midfield.
The problems seem to be highlighted by the timings of the goals we give away, usually early doors or around the half time intervals and then not scoring when we're on top.
The West Allotment game and others could have been so different if we could have held out early on and then scored when we took the game to them.
As mentioned if heads go down, the run in will be harsh on players, coaches and supporters and there will be no hiding places.
Concentrate on what we do well and play with hunger and confidence and points will see us safe.
This can only come from improved performances so hopefully Gilford will be the start.
One for all............. and sod the rest
