Evening all Arfur ere,can you adam and eve it,sick of saying "unlucky " United rode their luck a bit in the first 15 minutes and then the game settled down with Hebburn maybe edging the first half but nowt really happening.
Second half started with a fab tip over save from the utd keeper and then utd took over, the signs of good football from the first half carried on into the second, with Hebburn quickly running out of steam utd scored the first goal.Hebburn changed tactics,oh no they didn't, the big hoof up field continued and they equalised from a corner into the box,man unmarked 1-1.Still utd played good stuff and when the centre forward broke away he was clipped in the box "PENALTY" duly despatched 2-1,by the way the defender got booked for the foul and then something to the ref BYE BYE. so all we had to do was hold out HA HA. Josh Fowler was scythed down from behind and I mean scythed down, got to be a straight red,NOWT.At the end of the game when asked the ref said "it was worse than what it looked " work that one out.So back to football, well hoofing it forward,in the 96th minute Hebburn equalised.
Good performance from utd, confidence growing, bring on Ryton
