It's hard to see the club struggling in the Northern League, as I was a member of the Brandon United Division 1 Champions team and spent so many good years there.
We had a good set of lads, a good Manager and a great team spirit.
I played my best football at Brandon and when I left and all the lads left it was hard for to come to terms with not being there and seeing all my friends/team mates again, plus I always got free tabs
Hope Brandon can turn the corner and come out smiling forever in my heart

Any way am sure that everyone is getting bored with this one.
I think I speak on behalf of the majority of Northern League supporters, who, in my opinion, have nothing but a certain affection for Brandon United and are as concerned as anyone else that the club might be lost to the league. Brandon is one of those clubs that most people would support if only they weren't already supporting their own team.

I really could not possibly agree more on this. Brandon are a credit to football. With all the troubles they have had over the last few years, and all the crap theyve had thrown at them with vandals etc. they plough through and get on with it. Absolutely top class, and why I support non-league footy, the dedication!

As I say, I think credit should go to the commitee in doing such a great job! :D

Good luck next season Brandon, hope you get everything sorted :)

No mate I've quit.
It only took me saying that every Monday for about 7 years
I'm at Consett still but I havn't signed my retainer, got sent off on sunday and got 112 days for nowt. So keeping my options open, who says in December Kenny will want/need me, might just pack in and learn golf, but I'll be down to watch a few games while I've got some spare time.

Anyway take it easy and keep up the hard work.
The Bong
